The Discovery Stage For Junior Freedivers FGC is an introductory course for children and young swimmers, between 6 to 11 years old who want to enjoy the aquatic environment in a safe and fun way.

This program is a formidable way to introduce children to the underwater activities, and teach them to be responsible for their own safety and the marine environment.

The Stage Discovery For Juniors Freedivers FGC focuses on: “Pleasant Sensations with Total Security”. The Apnea contributes to the improvement of:

– Verbal skills

– motor skills

– Socialization

– Control of your emotions

– Self-control to face any risk situation

– Generate responsibility for risks and limitations.

The Stage Discovery For Juniors Freedivers FGC offers a learning scheme through games, which stimulate sensory perception to the inner and outer world. It helps to develop spontaneous interest by motivating them to discover new things for their development.

Activities: theory, games, practice in the pool and in the sea (optional).
