Addressed to:

People between 18 and 60 who know how to swim and do not have any pathology that prevents the practice of apnea.

Goals:

The aspirant gets basic knowledge of initiation to the apnea and the submarine fishing, as well as to recognize the species of fish of the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.

Minimum Marks:

– Static Apnea: 00:02:00 minutes

– Dynamic Apnea with Bi-fins: 50 meters.

– Constant  Weight Bi-fins : 12 meters.

Methodology:

3 Theoretical classes, 3 practical classes in swimming pool and 1 class in sea/.Additionally, and to complete the course, 4 weeks of progressive training with remote supervision by the instructor  are given.  At the end of the 4 weeks of training, the instructor will test for evaluating students’ performance.
