People between 12 and 70 years who know how to swim and do not have any pathology that prevents the practice of apnea.
Goals:
The aspirant gets the basic knowledge of initiation to the apnea, as well as its basic modalities.
Minimum Marks:
Pool
– Static Apnea: 00:01:00 minutes from 12 to 16 years old
– Static Apnea: 00:02:00 minutes from 17 to 70 years old
– Dynamic Apnea without fins 15 meters from 12 to 16 years old
– Dynamic Apnea without fins 25 meters from 17 to 70 years old
– Dynamic Apnea with Bi-fins: 25 meters. from 12 to 16 years old
– Dynamic Apnea with Bi-fins: 50 meters. from 17 to 70 years old
Sea
– Free Immersion: 10 meters
– Constant Weight With Bi-fins: 10 meters.
Methodology:
4 Theoretical classes, 1 practical classes in swimming pool and 1 class in sea/.Additionally, and to complete the course, 4 weeks of progressive training with remote supervision by the instructor are given. At the end of the 4 weeks of training, the instructor will test for evaluating students’ performance.
